Reading is in 3 parts with a total of 50 multiple choice questions. Please read the image below:
Reading part 1
Everytime there are multiple choices, my strategy is to decide the answer based on what I have understood of the question
1. READ the questions before reading the alternatives,
2. Once I have an expectation of what is missing, I read the alternatives to choose the one which best matches to my decision.
Reading part 2
I always go directly to the question, NEVER THE PASSAGE,
1. I understand well the question, by using a keyword I find where is the answer, USUALLY I START IN THE BEGNING OF THE PASSAGE, THE QUESTIONS FOLLOW THE ORDER OF THE PASSAGE,
2. After I have understood the question I read the passage
3. Once I know the answer, I read the alternatives to choose the one which best matches to my decision.
4. When the first question is "what is the main idea?" I answer this one last.
Reading part 3
So ATTENTION, never forget:
1. Read first, scanning and skimming the questions, NEVER THE ALTERNATIVES,
2. Check the image, remember all the image composes the passage not only the words.
3. once I know the answer, I read the alternatives to choose the one which best matches to my decision.
4. When the first question is "what is the purpose?" I answer this one last.
That's it!
Next post will be about writing. See you!
